Galia Luxe Art מחויבת לשביעות רצון לקוחותיה. מדיניות זו מפרטת את זכויותיכם להחזרת Products בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן.

1. Right of Cancellation

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, עומדת לכם הזכות לבטל עסקה בתוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר.

• For senior citizens, new immigrants, and people with disabilities - the cancellation period is 4 months
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• The refund will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation notice

2. Products שלא ניתן להחזיר

• Perishable food products
• Products שיוצרו במיוחד לפי הזמנה
• Opened software and CDs
• Opened personal hygiene products

3. Defective Product

In the case of a defective product or one that differs from its description, you are entitled to a full refund without cancellation fees, including a refund of shipping costs.
